Is Functional Medicine covered by Insurance?
Unfortunately, the insurance model does not recognize this type of health care. The holistic or functional model of health does not diagnose nor does it treat. Therefore our model does not fall under insurance coverage. There may be some instances in your care where an FSA or HSA card can be used.
Do you do virtual appointments?
Yes we do, in fact it's the only way we work with patients so we can help people not restricted by local access.
Can I see your practitioner as my primary care provider?
No, our goal is to empower you to take charge of your health without needing to see us for ongoing care.
Will I need to continue seeing my other specialists?
Yes, but we work with your specialists as needed.
What conditions are most common among your patients?
We help with a variety of conditions. The most common conditions we see are gastrointestinal, autoimmune, hormone, thyroid, performance optimization, infertility, and biohacking.
